•IMPORTANT LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATION POLICIES• (Please read carefully) I respect your time and your schedule. Therefore, I promise to be punctual and be ready to serve you at the agreed time. Understanding that the unforeseen may occur, but in case of any delay, I will inform you in a timely manner and I will adjust the schedule to minimize any inconvenience. To ensure the utmost quality in my Services, I have thoughtfully allocated specific time slots for each service. It is crucial for my clients to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments, as this allows me to provide a comfortable and unhurried experience. Unfortunately, if a client arrives more than “5-MINUTES” late for their scheduled appointment, it becomes increasingly challenging to deliver a satisfactory service within the remaining time. In order to ensure that every client receives the attention and care they deserve, I kindly request that clients arrive on time, allowing for the full duration of their appointment. Regarding cancellation policies, I ask that you inform me in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I understand that the planes can change, but I would appreciate it if you let me know at least -24 HOURS- for any adjustments or cancellations. In this way, I can adjust my schedule and/or improve my availability for you or other clients. In the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice, a cancellation FEE will be applied. To facilitate this process, I kindly ask for a credit/debit card to be kept on file. Please note that the card will not be charged unless a cancellation fee is applicable according to the policy. •Cancellations with less than “24-HOUR” notice, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. •In a event of a “NO-SHOW,” where the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount will be applied. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, it can be frustrating for some by doing so, my priority is to be able to maintain a fair and efficient schedule for your service on time. Entendiendo que puede ocurrir algún imprevisto, pero en caso de algún retraso, le informaré oportunamente y ajustaré el horario para minimizar cualquier inconveniente. Para garantizar la máxima calidad en mis Servicios, he asignado cuidadosamente franjas horarias específicas para cada servicio. Es crucial que mis clientes lleguen puntualmente a sus citas programadas, ya que esto me permite brindar una experiencia cómoda y sin prisas. Desafortunadamente, si un cliente llega más de "5-MINUTOS" tarde a su cita programada, se vuelve cada vez más difícil brindar un servicio satisfactorio dentro del tiempo restante. Para garantizar que cada cliente reciba la atención y el cuidado que merece, solicito amablemente que los clientes lleguen a tiempo, lo que permite la duración completa de su cita. Con respecto a las políticas de cancelación, le pido que me informe con anticipación si necesita reprogramar o cancelar una cita.
